Welcome to Kang's Taekwondo Academy.

Hello, my name is Grand Master Sung Hwan Kang.  Our school has been operating since 2001.  It has been my pride to have taught with respect during all these years.  Our school's students learn traditional Taekwondo the correct way.  They have not learned to use techniques just to look good.  They have learned to act with efficiency and with respect.  At Kang's Taekwondo Academy, our goal as instructors is to help our students become the best they can be. 

Who is Grand Master Sung Hwan Kang?

Grand Master Kang is an official 9 Dan Degree Black Belt in the Art of Taekwondo with over 51 years of Taekwondo and Martial Arts Experience.  He is the Founder of the American Mexican Taekwondo Association.  Currently, he is also the President of the W.T.A Taekwondo Texas State and Mexico Foundation.
